A WORD FROM ONE OF THE PAST LADY CAMPERS: "I had an absolutely wonderful time at the camp. The experience was incredibly enriching, both on and off the mat. I was fortunate to receive top-notch coaching that has significantly improved my skills and techniques. One particular highlight was learning a new way to run my arm bar, a technique that I believe will be very helpful in my future matches. The coaches were fantastic, offering personalized feedback and encouragement that pushed me to improve every day. Beyond the technical skills, the camp provided an amazing opportunity to make new friends and bond with fellow wrestlers who share the same passion for the sport. The camaraderie and support among us were truly inspiring. This experience has been pivotal for me, not just in terms of my wrestling career, but also in personal growth. I am excited to continue training hard and striving for excellence."
